Answer: They do not, It can basically look like a normal hoody and the ears just lay flat to the head....
but I bought this for a Halloween outfit and I cut tiny slits in the ears and stuffed them with cotton balls.
They still didn't stand up completely but it lifted them enough so that you could at least see them!
